Beyond Best Personal Training & Vincent Busuttil are hosting a FREE personal self-defence program for the wonderful Collingwood community, to assist in reducing the risk of being attacked and physically harmed.

“Our objective is to incorporate a unique blend of fun and fitness while educating the community on better ways to carry themselves, and to be aware of their surroundings.”

We are offering a FREE 1 hour and 30-minute event covering the importance of awareness, detecting, defusing, and if necessary defending from potentially dangerous situations. We are enthusiastic about empowering people and believe that by educating and facilitating this important campaign, we will be serving the community as a leading responsible self-defence organisation in Melbourne.
