Today’s poetry is how to find beauty in nature. It’s the small moments, just look up. 🐬💕🌻
Sorry to break it to you but going back to your coach to talk about the same issue every session isn’t fixing your problems.
If anything, it’s making you think about them more and more.
Talking is super helpful, but you have to draw the line at a point where you are just looping yourself back into an addiction pattern of complaining which prevents you from healing and moving forwards.
You must break the loop.
You must stop playing the same old stories that keep you stuck.
You may be addicted to having someone soothe your sadness, but you can catch that now and make the decision to step forward and let go of your past pain 🥺💖

We are all children walking around in adult bodies.
We relive past experiences every time we are triggered.
It can be hard to spot triggers until you start to become self aware.
As soon as you are aware you can start to process old wounds to prevent being triggered or to experience your trigger in a less terrifying or destructive manner.
In romantic relos I would get triggered and go into complete rage and scream and shout, ex’s of mines would go into complete shut down.
Neither reactions are healthy or helpful.

3 steps to waking up really loving yourself 💕🥹
1. Acceptance. Do you judge or criticize yourself? Yup it's part of your human nature to do that, the more your practice allowing those unhelpful words pass through without too much acknowledgement the easier your life becomes. 🌈
2. Be your own biggest fan. When you start to like who you are and like the way you are that energy shines through and radiates positivity! Everybody wants a bit of positivity in their lives so you become more attractive to good humans.🪄
3. Remind yourself of your strength. Focus on your good qualities and remind yourself of all that you've been through yet you made it here today reading this post of positivity 🥰

Do you hold onto yesterday's problems? 🙈
Overthinking seems to be a massive issue for many of you.
Replaying scenarios and creating ones in our minds.
If you could let go of the anger, sadness, fear, guilt and shame you could enjoy the present moment instead.
As it will never ever come again. 😩
This moment right now will be gone in a minute.
How do you want to spend it, enjoying the moment or thinking of a time that no longer exists in the past?

Want to know one of the secrets to real happiness? 😏
Treat your mind like a newborn baby, protect it with everything you have because it’s absorbing everything!
Even if you have the news on in the background, are you aware your brain is still listening even though you aren’t paying attention?
Even though you’re scrolling fast through insta, are you aware your brain is still picking up the images?
And most importantly the people you spend time with, did you know you will end up becoming very similar to them?
Take a look at your day yesterday..
What did you consume?
Who did you speak to?
What kind of conversations did you have?
You are what you consume, so be very mindful of who you are spending time with, what you are watching, what you are hearing and do your best to create a toxic free life 🥰

Are you thinking about breaking up with a friend? 🥺
I know it’s probably one of the hardest things to do right.
But it’s essential if the situation is bringing you down.
Sometimes we just drift apart from our friends, or we head in different directions and that is ok.
You just have to ensure you are getting something that’s “enough” for you in that relationship.
Losing a friend can be really tough, even if you don’t feel like you’re getting much from the relationship.
💓You just have to focus on present you and future you, not the friendship you used to have.
