At the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), the roles of President, Secretary and Treasurer will be declared open to members of our Parent community. General PFA Support roles will also be available.
If you want to have your say and help support improving our school and community, register your interest to attend the PFA Annual General Meeting.

Nomination for roles
The main business of the AGM will be to elect the President, Treasurer and Secretary of the BPS Parents and Friends Committee. To make a nomination, please complete the RSVP form to receive the Officer Bearer Nomination Form or see the Compass Notice.
Please note, under the requirements of the Victorian Department of Education, the BPS Parents and Friends Association is governed by the BPS Parents and Friends Association Constitution . This mandated constitution requires that there be three elected officials: President, Treasurer and Secretary. Role descriptions have been created but are just a guide and the tasks can be assigned to roles in any way the elected committee decides.
