Overarching questions - don't just write key words as your answer e.g. "respect". Write full sentences and explain. Point form or a paragraph is ok. Do not change the template. It is ok to highlight the sections with different colours. Save your work.

I received a score of # # # in my employability skills form. The placement teacher said.... You could also write a summary of each area from your employability skills form.

The final matrix: use the "Key" to understand what the 6 areas mean. Point form is ok. Use full sentences, not just key words, explain.
