Hi team! Just wanted to highlight some incoming changes to the timetable as we add a short hiit class to the roster! This class is aimed at healthcare workers but is open to all members. The new class will be 30 minutes and runs at 12.30pm and 3.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. To accomodate this class we will no longer run Bubs and Barbells on Mondays, and Functional Fitness will now run at 11.30am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Thanks for your support in getting self-care back into health care! Come down and check it out if you'd like a shorter sweat session for your lunchtime workout.

Hi team! Some program changes for this week and Cup Day next week, this Wednesday 9.30am and 12pm classes will not run and for Tuesday next week there will be no regular classes but an Open Gym session from 9am til 12pm. Cheers!

Unfortunately, there will be no Wednesday evening classes this week as I am in Brisbane, and the Thursday and Friday 12pm classes will be pushed back to 12.30pm just for this week. Youโll find these changes reflected in the timetable and thank you for your understanding.
