Our educators bring so much care, patience, creativity and love into our service, creating meaningful experiences and special moments for our children. We are so grateful for the dedication they show, the relationships they build and the positive impact they have on our little learners.

Today was all about taking a moment to celebrate YOU, because you deserve to feel appreciated and recognised for everything you do! 🥰✨

Today we’re celebrating Sam’s 3-year anniversary with our Bluebird family! 💙🎉

Over the past three years, Sam has grown into an incredible leader, taking on the role of Educational Leader and playing such an important part in supporting our educators, strengthening our curriculum and inspiring meaningful learning experiences for our children.

Sam brings dedication, creativity and passion to everything she does, always striving to support the team and help our service continue to grow. ✨

🌱💡 SMALL CHANGES, BIG DIFFERENCE 🌱💡

Sustainability is all about the little choices we make each day, and we’ve added another simple practice to help make a difference! 🌏

We have placed “Turn off the lights when not in use” signs at every light switch throughout our service. 💡 This is a simple reminder for our team and children to be mindful of our energy use and to switch off lights when they aren’t needed.

It’s another small step in helping our service reduce energy consumption, care for our environment and encourage sustainable habits that children can carry with them every day. 🌿
