I will help you with everything from understanding the baby gear you will need for a newborn, setting up the nursery, organising your baby registry/shower to looking at your personal lifestyle and providing mental and emotional support, resources, education and a network of trusted birth professionals to support you. Most importantly, I will be right there beside you as you transition into the biggest role of your life, motherhood.

I was honored to speak at the Baby Bunting HQ Support Centre as a PANDA Communtiy Champion sharing my story of perinatal anxiety, depression and OCD with the staff.
Baby Bunting is fundraising for the next six weeks to raise money for PANDA. Please head to their website or donate in store. Your donations go to supporting a great cause and to families like mine when I needed support.

GREAT CAUSE!!! 🏠
Kindred Clubhouse is excited to present this opportunity to own a piece of Clubhouse history. The Kindred Clubhouse Members have designed and handmade a quilt representing the incredible worldwide Clubhouse movement with fabric gathered from Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Indonesia, Mexico, Norway, Papúa New Guinea, Poland, South Africa and USA.

The link to bid on this amazing quilt is below and all proceeds will go to providing Kindred Clubhouse Members with daily meals, coffees and time together to support their recovery from mental health concerns.

We wish to acknowledge the many Clubhouses who gave generously of their time to provide us with their hometown fabric, the efforts of the Members in bringing this unique quilt together and Caryl our Member Engagement Coordinator for overseeing and supporting the project.

I get asked why I love celebrating my birthday so much?
My answer is why wouldn’t I? It’s the day my beautiful Mom birthed me and I was given the gift of life!!
I believe it’s important to celebrate ourselves in the big and small moments.
Don’t wait for others to celebrate you! Celebrate yourself! 🙌🏽
