A year ago, I knew I had to take a step back—not just to rest, but to truly meet myself in the deepest way possible. I had to pause retreats, step away from client work, and surrender to my own healing process. And wow… it took me to places I never expected.

Here are my 3 biggest learnings from the past year:

1️⃣ Radical self-awareness & acceptance – I had to fully see what I was choosing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. And from that place, accept who I am and who I have been, with love. Healing is about allowing yourself to see who you truly are.

2️⃣ We are our own greatest healers – No external person, system, or guide can "fix" us. I had to let go of everything I’ve been taught and surrender to the truth that all healing starts from within.

3️⃣ At our core, we are love – The more I stripped back, the more I realised that healing isn’t about "becoming" anything new. It’s about remembering that at our deepest level, we are love. And from that space, healing flows.

This journey has been powerful, raw, and deeply transformational. And now, I’m feeling the call to hold space for others again.

Oh and PS… my healing journey is never going to stop!!!

I’ve been quiet for the past year… and for a good reason.

I stepped away from holding space for others so I could fully dive into my own healing. I needed to go deep, to unravel, to remember—and to integrate everything I was receiving. It’s been a journey of transformation, surrender, and profound self-connection.

Now, as I re-emerge, I feel a deep sense of renewal. My energy has shifted, my understanding of healing has deepened.

You’ll be hearing more from me now! I am excited to share new awarenesses and more on my expansion journey.

I’ll also soon be opening up space again for collective healing, but for now, I just want to say: I’m back, and I can’t wait to connect with you all again. 💜
