The road to Hyrox Melbourne began this morning with our run club. A nice cruisy 3km run to get the legs moving.

Hyrox Sundays will be on for the next 14 weeks with the official BFT class based program beginning on the 4th of October - 10 weeks out from the race.

Super proud of this super dad for hitting 500 sessions at BFT!

A regular in our 6.00ams Nathan always leads by example, brings his towel to every station and is always early for talk time (ok maybe not the last one)

Outside of the gym Nathan is a teacher, cricket coach and recently started a new sporting apparel business but always makes time for his training.

Our Commit to 30 Challenge has been a HIT!

with the majority of our challengers hitting their 35, 40 and 45+ targets with ease 😮‍💨

Choosing a winner has not been easy, especially with SO MANY incredible achievements inside the gym and out!

Our winners will be announced at our end of challenge party tonight 🎉

Trophies aside, you are all winners in our eyes 😍 and the things you have achieved in the last 8 weeks has made us proud beyond belief.

Our lucky last challenger of the week was SNOCKSY!

The happiest, big ball of energy you ever did see.
This man trains consistently, and has completed back to back to BACK challenges with us at BFT.

We’ll never know how someone can be so lively at 6.00am but somehow he works up a sweat with a big smile on his face every day.

Lana is a regular in our 7.00ams
Always down for a chat and always keen to work up a sweat!

Lana has participated in lotsss of challenges, multiple Hyrox’s and roped in friends (and her fiancée) to join the BFT crew. She is part of the furniture here and our mornings wouldn’t be the same without her!

Milestones like this take years of commitment which is why we’re so proud to share them.

Watching our members grow, hit milestones, overcome challenges and go through the motions of every day life, work, new relationships, new jobs, new houses… is special to us.

Plus, we know you could train anywhere so we feel lucky that you choose to spend your time and hard earned money with us here at BFT. It might sound silly to others but it’s something that we never take for granted!
