There are different kinds of barriers to really being able to relax deeply. Sometimes if we’ve been sitting all day, we need to get up and move and breathe then take ourselves into the relaxed state from there; Other times we need to just rest - consciously - with intention to become calm (not so much collapse on the couch); Other times we need to find that inner neutral space so we can cope in a stressful moment or situation.
All of these are skills you can learn and develop and this is something we will do together in my next upcoming course ‘Remembering How to Relax’.
7 weeks of practice in finding your way to calm. Allow me to take you through into a state of letting go, rest and finding space to really truly relax.
We will run this course by zoom link. All are welcome.

Remembering how to relax 7-week Kundalini yoga course to alleviate Stress and Anxiety With Nancy Hanley – Kundalini House Our ability to relax, or to even know what that truly feels like, is diminishing. We spend way too much time in a ‘switched on’ hyper alert state, ending up ‘tired and wired’, and generally unable to cope.
