My name is Cathleen baber and I’ve recently become a mother at 34 yrs old to a beautiful baby boy Oscar.
I’ve recently finished a 5 week parental course at the MHC at Doncaster which left me a little disheartened as I am new to the area and don’t know many people.
I wanted to take this time to invite anybody who is a mum or dad to come walk around ruffys lake park every thurday at 10 am. To empower new parents to get fit and share there stories, good or bad.
Meet new people to encourage child development and stop adult isolation.
