Day 5 of 5. Today: WORKING FROM GROUND π·
Our ground crews are out every day. Windows. Facades. Soffits. Gutters.
Working from ground is the safest and most cost-effective method we run. Modern water-fed pole and vacuum systems reach up to four or five storeys, with no working at heights, minimal disruption, and fast on/off site.
When the work can be done from the ground, it should be. But reach has limits. Beyond five storeys, or where the geometry calls for closer work, the other methods take over. That is why we operate all five.

Every job gets matched to the method that best balances safety, quality and efficiency for the challenge in front of us. Get that match right and the work is safer, cleaner, and faster.
Five methods. One team. One standard.

Most buildings are not designed with cleaning in mind. We find the solution.
That is why we operate five access methods, not one.

Day 2 of 5. Today: ROPE ACCESS AND WORKING AT HEIGHTS π§
Rope access is the most versatile method we operate. Fast to mobilise, light on equipment, and able to reach almost any facade ever built β heritage buildings, glass towers, awkward geometry, and everything in between.
It also pairs perfectly with the other four. On larger programmes our rope teams work alongside drones for inspection, MEWPs at the lower levels, and ground crews managing perimeter β so the whole job gets delivered safely and on time.
Cleaning, inspection, painting, repairs, signage. Our certified rope access technicians do all of it from a rope.
β‘οΈ Tomorrow: BMU.

Ask most companies how they access a building and you will get one answer. Ropes, BMU, Or MEWP.
We give you five.
Drones. Rope access and working at heights. BMU. MEWP. Working from ground.
Every job gets matched to the method that best balances safety, quality and efficiency for the challenge in front of us. Get that match right and the work is safer, cleaner, and faster. Get it wrong and you compromise on all three.
This week, one method per day. Today: DRONES π
The job drones do better than anything else is reach anywhere people and platforms struggle to get to. Add inspection imagery to the deliverable and the case gets stronger.
β‘οΈ Tomorrow: rope access and working at heights.

EVERY ACCESS METHOD. ONE TEAM.
Rope access. EWP. Drones. Periodical cleaning. Whatever the site needs, we bring the method, and the skilled techs to run it safely.
This station's arched roofline and high-level glazing were no obstacle. Just another reach for our crew.
Out of reach for others. Routine for us.

After a strong period of growth across our Rope Access & Height Safety division, weβre proud to announce the transition of Amir Jelvani into the role of Commercial Manager, Rope Access at FAMASO.
With nearly 20 years of international experience across rope access, height safety systems, technical rescue, façade maintenance, and high-risk operations, Amir has played a major role in strengthening our operational capability.
In his new role, Amir will focus more on building relationships with clients and supporting growth across rope access, height safety systems installations and certifications, façade maintenance, and complex access solutions.
Amirβs technical background, combined with his practical understanding of operational delivery, places FAMASO in a strong position as we continue expanding our integrated work-at-height solutions across Australia.

New contract, new grounds, same FAMASO standard β
We're proud to have started a new lawns and garden maintenance contract at a South Australian hospital, and one month in, our crews are delivering the consistent, high-quality presentation healthcare environments demand.
Healthcare sites call for reliability and care, and that's exactly what FAMASO brings week in, week out keeping the grounds sharp, tidy and presentation-ready.
From façade and high-rise cleaning to grounds and gardens, FAMASO keeps your property looking its best. A great result for the team and a sign of our continued growth across the country.

Another large facade transformation, this time in Canberra. The before-and-after speaks for itself, but the part you don't see is just as important: every square metre was cleaned by drone, with our team safely on the ground.
For sprawling complexes like this one, drone cleaning is the ideal solution:
β No EWPs
β No rope access
β No working at heights
β
All done safely from the ground
Smarter. aster. Safer. Less disruption to the site. And the result? See for yourself.
If you've got a large facility that's overdue for a clean, let's talk.
