The relaxed mental SPACE that we create during holidays *if we can be concious enough to be present* can help us to see the road ahead with CLARITY.

Hope you all are loving your 2022! Time really does fly when you are having so much with life, here at MentorManifesto we have been super productive as we wrapped a group mentorship program in April with & group of ladies who went through a career journey with us & walked away equipped with strategies, knowlege, tools & clarity in taking their career to their desired next level. We are incredibly proud of them and their achievements as more than half of them used what they have learnt with us & already secured a new job & working toward their ultimate dream career with .

On a personal note, I just returned from personal & professional development program curated by my wonderful employer PwC Australia Academy held in magical country, Hunter Valley in NSW. This epic event presented by brilliant leader Holly Ransom was like nothing that I've experienced before, the extraordinary message on & delivered by Australia's most respected journalist Stan Grant on the opening night completely took my breath away and reinforced the importance of my root , and this was just the beginning of continuous "Aha Moments" that I've experienced throughout the event. As an explorers, we travelled through the journey from the past, to present, and the future, all things through immersive sessions deeply touched our hearts & heads. We even got to , where we left our fear by stepping into our self to share our ideas, skills & voices with our peers, and I had the opprtunity to share my love of & .

Life is full of beautiful colours and opportunities, we just need to allow ourselves to be in an environment where the opportunities present themselves. We just need to step of our ordinary life, to be challenged, go grow.

Top Data analytics tools in 2022

Getting skilled at data analytical tools is challenging but selecting the right tool is the initial step of building your skills. To help you to determine which one is the best suit for you, let's examine the summary of important factors.

1. Python
The fastest-growing programming language with thousands of free libraries. Python is used for a high level of visualization with the help of packages such as Matplotlib, Seaborn. While Pandas and NumPy are the most widely used data manipulation and analytics libraries come with Python. Certainly, it is a critical tool for any data analyst.

- Pros: Ease, versatility and extensive developer community
- Cons: Memory intensive and slower than many other languages

- Mostly used for: business intelligence and predictive analysis

4. Power BI
It is a data visualization tool that allows users to create interactive visual reports and dashboards, with a minimal learning curve. Power BI is powerful, but will always work best with tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.

5. Tableau
Tableau is a market leader in the Business analytics suite developed for data analysts. It is easy to learn and build effective interactive dashboards with less effort.

- Pros: Simplicity, speed and interactivity
- Cons: no pre-processing
- Mostly used for: data visualization, dashboards and worksheets
- Availability: Commercial

“What degrees can guide you to Data Analytics”

Equipping yourself with the right skills and qualifications is fundamental to becoming a data analyst or shifting into a data analytics field. However, there is a misconception that people from IT backgrounds make up the majority of the cohort. In fact, data analysts come from relatively diverse educational backgrounds. Today, I would like to demonstrate “What degrees can guide you to Data Analytics” and their overlapping skills. Apparently, most of the position requires a Bachelor degree or higher but it is possible to build technical skills by developing your portfolio with the help of Bootcamps, online courses and Professional Certificates.

- Computer science: A combination of the key skills such as statistics, analytical skills and programming languages makes the degree ideal for data analytics.

- Data science: The degree is getting more popular since it is a balanced mix of computer science, math and statistics.

- Applied Math / Statistics: The degree focuses more on the practical application of logical reasoning compared to traditional Math and Statistics.

- Econometrics / Economics / Finance: Graduates from Economics and Finance gain statistics and business analytics skills.

- Psychology: Quantitative and qualitative human behavioural research skills open the door to the UX and product analyst pathway.
Information system management: The relative skills are database design and management.
