BFT Brighton exists to make sure that doesn't happen. We put that hour on the calendar and we hold it. What you do with it, sweat it out solo or drag your favourite person along, that part's up to you.

Saunas are incredible for recovery, better sleep, reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, and a serious mental reset. But if you're using it as a fat loss tool? That weight you lose is water, and it comes straight back.

Real results come from what you do on the floor. The sauna just helps you recover so you can do it again tomorrow.

Big congratulations to Gaby, our Member of the Moment 👏

At 44, Gaby walked into BFT Brighton feeling unsure and out of her comfort zone, taking on group training for the very first time while juggling a full life and four kids. What started as a nerve-filled first step has turned into something incredible.

Fast forward to now, she’s training 4 times a week, moving with strength and confidence, and genuinely enjoying every session. But what we love most is the energy she brings into the room. Whether she’s pushing through the bionic bike, chasing skip records, or dancing between sets, Gaby lifts the whole class with her positivity.

A massive congratulations, Gaby, your consistency, courage, and energy don’t go unnoticed. Proud to have you as part of the Brighton community 💙
