This is a piano miniature where I combine Bernstein’s ‘Westside Story’ with Elfman’s ‘The Simpsons Theme’. I’ve used ‘America’ and ‘Jets Song’ in the Westside part.

This is a piece I wrote and dedicated to Lili Boulanger; sister of Nadia Boulanger (the great musical pedagogue of the 20th century). Lili won the Prix de Rome in 1913, and died in her early 20’s from bronchial issues. Her music lives on to this day.
