Did you know that approximately 15β20% of the world's population are neurodivergent? Neurodiversity includes Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Auditory Processing Disorder, and other learning differences. These differences are not deficits, they simply mean that individuals learn, think, and process information in unique ways.
At Better Multisensory Learning, we understand that every child learns differently. Our goal is to help children, teenagers, and families build confidence, develop skills, and achieve success in education and everyday life. Through evidence-based, multisensory approaches, we provide personalised support that caters to each learner's individual strengths and challenges.
We offer:
Literacy and reading intervention
Spelling and writing support
Multisensory mathematics programs
Study skills and executive functioning support
ADHD coaching and developmental education
School advocacy and educational assessments
Parent guidance and family support
Support for students from primary school through to Year 12
Our experienced team works closely with families, schools, and allied health professionals to create positive learning experiences that empower students to reach their full potential.

We are so touched by this beautiful review from one of our wonderful families. π₯Ήβ€οΈ
Over the past 10 years, it has been such a privilege to support this incredible student through her learning journey. Watching her grow in confidence, develop new skills, and overcome challenges along the way has been truly inspiring.
And now, she is starting University with aspirations to become a teacher herself, with a heart to support children with dyslexia just like her. πβ¨ We could not be more proud!
Every child deserves a learning environment where they feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
Thank you to this amazing family for your trust over the years and for sharing your journey with us. We wish her every success in this exciting new chapter! π

One of the biggest misconceptions about Dyslexia is that children are βnot trying hard enough.β In reality, many dyslexic learners are working twice as hard just to keep up.
Research and educational experience continue to show that students with Dyslexia often need significantly more repetition and exposure to new concepts before the learning becomes automatic and stored in long-term memory.
This is why repetition matters.
This is why explicit teaching matters.
This is why patience and understanding matter.
A child asking for instructions again is not lazy. A child needing more practice is not incapable. Their brain is simply processing information differently.
With the right support, structured teaching, and multisensory learning approaches, dyslexic students can thrive, succeed, and build confidence in their abilities. π

The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) affirmed today that dyslexia, a reading disability, is entirely unrelated to a person's intelligence or cognitive potential. Dyslexic individuals possess the capacity to think, lead, and achieve at the highest levels, and countless have gone on to accomplish extraordinary achievements across every field.
IDA stands firmly in support of dyslexic learners by advancing evidence-based reading instruction grounded in the science of reading, while also championing the unique strengths, resilience, and potential that define this community.
