Reconciliation Week in our kinder room ❤️🖤💛 The children enjoyed decorating boomerangs today, choosing between paint and cotton buds or coloured pencils to create their own special designs. Lovely way to encourage creativity, independence and cultural awareness.

Learning through play 🌎✨ Using tongs, the children collected rubbish and sorted it into the bins, discovering how we can all help take care of our oceans. 🌊🐠♻️

The children enjoyed spending quality time with the aged care residents, building connections through conversations, stories and shared experiences 🥰

Safety first, learning always 🚶‍♀️🦺💛

Today we practiced our emergency evacuation procedure, supporting the children to safely walk together, follow educator instructions and become familiar with our emergency routines. These experiences help build confidence, resilience and an understanding of road and community safety in a calm and supportive environment. 🌧️✨

We are so proud of how beautifully the children listened, stayed together and cared for one another during our practice evacuation. 👏💛
