NATIONAL | Well that’s a wrap on 2025..... What a big year it has been.

To our students - Thank you for choosing us to be your training provider of choice. We have enjoyed watching each of you grow and develop your skills and knowledge in your chosen industries. We look forward to continuing the journey with you into next year.

To our employers - Another year down and still you all continue to be the benchmark for trainees and apprentices. We are so proud to partner with each of you and can't wait to continue into 2026.

To our organisations we have partnered and collaborated with - Together we have been able to achieve some amazing things. This is just the beginning. We are so excited to continue to develop programs that are benchmark in industry.

To our staff - We are truly grateful for everything that you do. You are at the forefront of our organisation and always ensure our students, employers and partner organisations are looked after.

It's time now for a little break while we spend time with our friends and family. Our office re-opens on the 12th of January, but if you need us get in touch and we will be able to help.

TME has proudly partnered with Green by Nature and Global Skills to deliver a 5-day pre-employment course designed to kickstart careers in Parks and Gardens!

Over the 5 days, students gained valuable skills and nationally recognized units of competency:

✅ Contribute to Work Health and Safety Processes (AHCWHS302)
✅ Operate Machinery and Equipment (AHCMOM304)
✅ Implement a Plant Nutrition Program (AHCPCM305)
✅ Establish Turf (AHCTRF308)

These are essential foundations for a successful career in the industry. Students not only built practical skills and industry knowledge but also had the incredible opportunity to interview for employment with Green by Nature upon completion.

NSW | Students from Chifley College Dunheved Campus, Chifley College Bidwill Campus, and Chifley College Shalvey Campus have been hard at work this week as part of the EPP Head Start Program, delivered in partnership with The Management Edge (TME).
Over the 5-day program, students are completing three units of competency in carpentry, giving them hands-on skills and a real head start into the construction industry.

Their new skills are already being put into action, with students building bird houses for local schools — combining practical learning with community impact.

We’re proud to support the next generation of tradespeople as they gain confidence, experience, and industry-ready skills.

VIC | We kicked off End of Year Party season with the team over at Advance Childcare Management. We saw the organisation come together and celebrate the achievements of their incredible childcare educators and their innovative childcare centres. It was truly a special event !!!

We would like to thank Anna Papaleo and Robert Papaleo for trusting us to train to the training and assessment of their people. Also a very special mention Leanne Motta-Marques who has worked with us to bring CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50121 Diploma for Early Childhood Education and Care to life in the centres.

We have loved working together and look forward to 2026 and beyond!

VIC | Welcoming our new CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction students at our CBD Bourke Street. We have spent tonight with our new students taking them through everything they should be expecting. Setting the foundations (pardon the pun) will ensure the students are aware of their requirements and our expectations as a training provider. Thanks to the new team of students that have committed us as a training provider, we appreciate the opportunity, and we are looking forward to our time together.

VIC and NSW | Great day out at our Coburg facility. Practical assessment day with Jake and some of our landscape construction students. We were able to get through implementing paving projects and one step closer to being qualified.
