Our Kinder children enjoyed an exciting excursion to the Little Food Festival at Federation Square 🍎🌱

The children explored a range of interactive activities focused on healthy eating, sustainability, and where our food comes from. From hands-on learning experiences to trying new foods and engaging with the vibrant festival atmosphere.

We are so proud of our children for embracing every opportunity to learn and explore together!

On Friday, the children loved meeting the Easter Bunny and taking part in an outdoor egg hunt! They proudly shared their handmade creations from egg designs to bunny handbags and of course some delicious cookies.

Messy Cars, Happy Hands! 🫧🚗

A hands-on car wash sparked curiosity as the children explored getting the cars dirty and washing them clean again. Through this play, they explored cause and effect, built fine motor skills using sponges and their hands, and enjoyed the sensory experience of water and soap! Thank you to Classroom 1 for turning messy play into big learning!

🌿 Bush Adventures in Classroom 3 🌿

As we shared our Acknowledgement of Country, the children reflected on the land around them, taking time to listen and connect with nature.

With eyes gently covered, they listened closely hearing the birds singing, the wind whispering through the trees, and the gentle creek flowing nearby. 🌿💧

After their mindful listening, the children set off on a nature hunt, discovering leaves, sticks, flowers, and other treasures from the land we play and learn on every day. 💚

A heartfelt thank you to all the fathers, and special people who joined us on Friday for our Hot Dog Grill celebration. We hope you enjoyed the delicious food, the wonderful music from Matt at Musical Minds, and the chance to share in our special experiences together! It was a joy celebrating with our community we are so grateful for you all!
