Our Lady of the Nativity School

Today, we gave thanks for the incredible mothers, grandmothers and special women in our lives who nurture, guide and love so generously. As a school community inspired by the spirit of Mary of the Nativity, we are grateful for the compassion, strength, humility and love shown by the women in our lives each day.
We also hold gently in our hearts those who may be missing their mum, grieving a loss or finding this day difficult. Wishing all the special women in our community a beautiful and blessed Mother's Day.

Today in Grade 4 STEM, learning was in motion! ⚙️✨
Students explored kinetic energy by creating their own thaumotropes, bringing science and creativity together in the most magical way. Watching their designs spin to life showed just how powerful movement can be! 🌀💡

What a wonderful first full week of school! Our Prep students transitioned into school life like superstars! ⭐️ We launched our 2026 school theme ‘Be the Good Soil’, settled into new classroom routines and happily re-acquainted with familiar faces (and a few new ones!). A joyful, hope filled start to what promises to be an exciting term ahead. ⭐️

What a chapter!!!! 📚After a huge term filled with amazing events we celebrated Book Day in style. Thank you to our incredible students, families and staff for bringing stories to life and making this a day to remember! Thank you Mrs Rados for organising such an adventure packed day!!!
