We often see a different midwife or obstetrician at every appointment, lose track of what we know and have to repeat ourselves over and over again.
After engaging with our services throughout your pregnancy (childbirth education, LC, newborn education, TENS etc.) you will be prioritised in our correspondence.

Ask us questions as they come up throughout your pregnancy and early parenting journey.

Often we see expecting mothers dive head first into education, asking questions and easing their anxieties through resources and conversation.
Yet often in our culture the dads are left behind; partly because nobody invites them into this space, and partly because of cultural complacency.

As advocates for the enormity of birth we are here to cheer on the dads to get involved with the preparation process. Go and ask those questions, read the posts and build your knowledge around this precious (but often intimidating) experience.

Nurtured Maternity Foundations pt. 4/4
We want every mother, father and birthing support to leave our sessions feeling empowered; knowing that they CAN - ask questions, chase their own curiosities and feel confident with what they have learnt.

Holistic antenatal education emphasises the deep interconnection of the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of the birthing experience.

We want nurture an understanding of this exciting (albeit sometimes overwhelming) dynamic in the birth space. Talking it out, learning more and asking all your questions allows for the control to be placed back into the hands of the birthing woman, and empowerment will inevitably follow.
