Two step method to building your confidence ⬇️⬇️⬇️

1. Action. Confidence is built through experiences and doing something over and over again. If you want to become confident in an area then you need to go through the motions, put in the work, follow through on what you tell yourself you are going to do. Once the results come in the confidence will naturally flow.

2. If you don't have experience or are trying something new then try this instead.
Sit down and take a deep breath. Ask yourself, if you were confident what would that feel like?
How would your posture be?
Your breathing?
How would you hold your head up?
What would you be saying to yourself?
How would confidence feel throughout your body?
What would you see differently, and hear differently?
Just embody it for a moment.

Now go and do it. You've got this.

This is your reminder to get outside, grab a pen and paper and create. Create that business. Create words. Create ideas....

Create that business. Create words. Create ideas. Jot down your thoughts and word vomit whatever you need. It is so easy to get caught up in overthinking and the 'what if' but I'll let you in on a secret... thoughts are so much easier to manage on paper.

I am currently seeking 5 pro bono clients to trial out my new program '6 Weeks to a Lighter Mindset'.

I am seeking 5 women who are struggling in a cycle of weight loss/gain and want to make permanent change going forward.

What's involved: 6 hourly sessions - one session a week for 6 weeks on the phone. You must be able to commit to all 6 sessions to participate. Session times can be morning or night Monday to Friday.

If you are interested in participating then let me know via direct message so we can have an ecology check and get to know one another better before commencing :)

Breaking the cycle of being too hard on yourself can be... well hard OR it can be as simple as being consistent with changing your self talk to more powerful beliefs.

Imagine if you swapped the thoughts that limited you with ones that gave you passion and drive to keep moving you forward, instead of feeling defeated and wanting to quit. Would you make that choice? Will you?
