At Guardian Childcare & Education Blackburn North our charming and warm rooms provide numerous opportunities for children to build social skills. Through small group experiences children, learn how to be a great thinker, a good friend and a mover.

Here children are working together to collect all the coloured bears after giving them a bath. Working together and learning alongside each other provides lifelong skills and new friendships.

We want to thank Woolworths at Blackburn Square for always allowing our children to have a wonderful shopping experience.

Our kinder children recently visited Woolworths to create our own version of Wombat Stew. With opportunities like these, children are able to explore the wider community with such confidence and curiosity.

Strong routines are a valuable tool for children. Routines set up the day with ease and calmness. A child's routine can help regulate emotions, builds structure and stability and a sense of growing independence.

At Childcare & Education Blackburn North our morning meetings, in the kindergarten room, provide the chance for children to come together, acknowledge our land, discuss the big topics and prepare ourselves best for the remainder of the day.
