She started with a few afternoons a week. School pick-ups, snacks at the bench, and helping out where it was needed. Over time, she became someone the girls looked for. Someone they were excited to see. Three years later, they made her a birthday card.

Most people think having a nanny just means school pick-ups and after-school drop-offs.
And yes, it can be that but more often, it looks like someone coming in early so you’re not doing everything alone before your day has even started.
It’s the small things already handled and the pressure eased before it builds. It’s coming home after a long day and not going straight into your second shift.
They just need support in the moments that feel the hardest to carry on their own. 🤍
