Yesterday we celebrate all of our beautiful educators who pour so much love, patience, care and passion into what they do every single day. ❤️

We are so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. The love you give to our children, the memories you create and the difference you make never goes unnoticed. Inspire & Play wouldn’t be what it is without our amazing team.

A little visit from the tooth fairies!

Today our children enjoyed a special Dental Health Incursion!

The children had so much fun learning about their teeth, how to brush them properly, and the importance of keeping our smiles healthy. They explored dental health in a fun and engaging way, with lots of curiosity, conversations and hands-on learning.

We love creating experiences that help children develop healthy habits from an early age! #

This Is the Land, This Is the Sky, This Is My Friends, and This Is Me

A beautiful display presented with beautiful voices, creativity and connection to Country in our Toddler Room. 🤍

The children have been exploring their favourite songs and expressing themselves through a variety of art experiences, from sand and paint to handprints and self-portraits.

Through their words, voices and artwork, the children are sharing their understanding of the land, the sky, their friends and themselves.

A special celebration of belonging, identity, creativity and connection to Country.

A Huge Thank You!

We would like to say a massive thank you to all of our wonderful families for your incredible support at our Pancake Fundraiser!

Thanks to your generosity, we raised an amazing $295 towards our National Pyjama Day fundraiser. Every pancake purchased and every donation made will help support children in foster care by providing opportunities to learn, grow and thrive through education.

We are so grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive community. Thank you for helping us make a difference - we couldn’t have done it without you!

This afternoon our toddlers became little chefs

Using fine motor skills to pour, scoop, stir and blend, they worked together to create delicious smoothies to enjoy alongside warm scones for afternoon tea ✨

There were lots of giggles, proud smiles and celebrating success as everyone contributed in their own way. A beautiful reminder that the joy is just as important as the final result 💛

Creating intentional play spaces with set numbers of children supports deeper engagement, stronger relationships, and more meaningful learning experiences.

By limiting the number of children in each area, children have greater opportunities to focus, collaborate, problem-solve, and feel a sense of belonging within their play environment. It also helps reduce overcrowding, allowing children to navigate social situations more confidently and independently.

To further empower children, we invited them to create their own signage for each play space. This process encouraged ownership, decision-making, literacy development, and a shared understanding of expectations within the environment. When children contribute to creating the rules and boundaries of their spaces, they are more likely to respect and uphold them.

Through child-led signage and thoughtfully planned environments, we are fostering independence, agency, responsibility, and a strong sense of community.

To our beautiful Manager Ellie,

On Friday the 8th, we officially “kidnapped” Ellie (blindfold and all) and brought her back to Inspire and Play for a surprise girls’ night to celebrate everything she has meant to us. 💛

The night was filled with PJs, laughs, chats down memory lane, so many special memories, and an emotional video montage that reminded us just how lucky we have been to have Ellie as part of our team.

Ellie, thank you for all the love, dedication, support, and care you have poured into the centre, the children, families, and every educator along the way. Your impact has been so much more than just a manager, you have been a mentor, a friend, and such an important part of our Inspire and Play family.

You will be greatly missed by us all, but we are so excited for your next chapter and wish you nothing but happiness and success in everything ahead.
