Ways to improve your immune system.
Drink clean water often.
We run on water, every function in our body needs it. When we are dehydrated our body is weak and susceptible to infection.
Eat organic food.
Our bodies see the toxins and chemicals in non-organic food as invaders and will use energy to try to fight them off. When those inner warriors, that are trying to keep you healthy, are busy fighting off chemicals they don't have as much power to fight off a virus if it makes its way in.
Yes it's expensive but so are doctors bills. Food is one of the most powerful medicines we have. If you don't want to go full organic yet get an organic greens powder and drink it first thing in the morning.
Breathe through your nose.
It is our inbuilt mask. It filters the s**t from the air. Nasal breathing releases chemicals in our body that help us fight infection.
Use stress to your advantage.
Stimulating our stress response, through things like specific breathwork, cold showers/bath, exercise etc, triggers our bodies inner warriors. It mobilizes our internal defence system. A few rounds of forceful breathing with retention, as I've shared videos on previously, are enough to kick-start this inner defence.
Move your body.
Your body needs movement to help move your energy, think blood, plasma, electrical signals etc. Stagnant energy creates toxicity in the body. It doesn't have to be a full on workout, walking is great!
Get good sleep.
Take your sleep seriously. It is where your body repairs.
Minimise your consumption of media.
The fear mongering, negativity that is being spread does not improve our health.
Hug your loved ones.
We are tribal animals. We need connection, we need physical touch and love. Loneliness is so damaging to our health. In my opinion the reward far out ways the risk.
The "health advice" given by our government is a joke.
Staying away from each other and wearing a mask is, in my opinion, fu***ng lazy leadership.
A vaccine isn't going to save us from poor health.
I'm not saying don't take it, that is completely up to you.
But without a focus on these pivotal areas of health, I believe it is useless.
Love you x
