We shared our Educators’ Day appreciation earlier this week, but some moments are simply too special not to share again.

Behind every activity, every learning moment and every happy little face is a team of educators who bring so much care, patience, energy and heart to our centre each day.

Happy Educators’ Day!

A little something for our team today.

We’ve only been open for six months, and building a new centre from the ground up hasn’t always been easy. What I’m most proud of is the team we’ve built along the way.

They turn up, support each other, know our children and families, and genuinely care about what they do.

Morning tea and a small gift today to say thank you, very well deserved!

And to all the early childhood educators around the world, Happy Educators’ Day. Thank you for the work you do every day for our children. 💛

Six months ago, we opened the doors to Kool Kidz Cranbourne North for the very first time.

Since then, our little village has grown into something very special.

Behind every new friendship, every settled child, every happy family and every memorable day is a team of educators who have put so much care into building this centre with us.

To celebrate our first six months, we wanted to give our team a little surprise — simply to say thank you. 💛

Thank you for your patience, your energy, your care for our children, and for believing in what we’re building together.

And to our families — thank you for trusting us, especially those who joined us when we were brand new.

From Science Week and Book Week to Dental Health Week, our Connected Libraries visit and Butterfly Kidz incursion — August was packed with opportunities to explore, imagine, move, discover and have fun.

What we love most isn’t how many activities we can fit into a month. It’s seeing our children get involved, become curious, build confidence and enjoy learning together.

And August was extra special as we celebrated 6 months of Kool Kidz Cranbourne North. 🎉

Thank you to our wonderful children, families and educators for continuing to build our little community with us. 💛

Building connections and exploring together!

Over the last month or so, our core focus has been all about community, collaborative projects, and rich sensory play. We’ve been designing intentional spaces where our little learners can create side-by-side, sharing ideas and building strong relationships.
From our collaborative drawing tables (where everyone adds their own unique touch to a shared canvas) to hands-on sensory trays filled with natural textures, these zones invite deep engagement and teamwork.

It’s been beautiful to watch our children communicate, negotiate, and connect through play!

Teddy Bear Picnic Day!

We had a beautiful, sunny day in the yard for our big picnic! The kids loved bringing their favourite cuddlies from home, and the kinders took the creativity a step further by hand-crafting their own unique bears and filling out official birth certificates for them.

A big thank you to our families for helping the kids pack their special friends :)

Teddies, Sunshine, and Big Smiles!

Our hallway had a makeover today with a “Teddy Bear” banner and garlands to welcome some very important, furry guests for our picnic day!

The kids were so excited to bring their favourite cuddly friends from home, and the yard was the perfect spot for an afternoon of sunshine, books, and pretend-play picnics on the mats.

The kinders in the Grasshopper’s Room took the day a step further by hand-crafting their very own unique teddy bears. To make it official, they filled out their own Teddy Bear Birth Certificates to welcome Ruffy, Paddy, and the brilliantly named Teddy Bear Stomper to the room! It was a wonderful way for them to practise their early writing skills and take pride in caring for their new creations.

A big thank you to everyone for helping the children pack their special friends today. Be sure to ask your little one all about their bear’s adventures tonight!
