Tip of the Day: Add Choline rich foods to your diet to improve your pregnancy chances.

Choline is an overlooked nutrient, and this is why it is important:
Female Fertility: Choline is crucial for egg quality and hormonal balance, supporting ovulation and a healthy reproductive environment for conception and longevity of pregnancy.

With S***m Health, it helps improve s***m motility and DNA, which are key factors for fertilisation and overall s***m quality.

For Foetal Development, it supports brain development, spinal cord and reduces the risk of neural tube defects.

What has Choline? Eggs (contain 25% of the recommended daily intake). Beef liver. Cruciferous vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and cabbage. Potatoes. Legumes (peanuts and beans) Nuts and seeds. Dairy. Shiitake mushrooms

My recommendation is to meal plan to ensure you get these into your weekly meals.

Eat up and enjoy the power you have through knowledge.

✨ Burnout & Fertility: When Your Body Puts Life on Hold ✨

Fertility isn’t just about reproductive organs - it’s about the environment they live in.

When burnout takes hold, your body receives the constant message: survival over creation.
It diverts energy away from reproduction and into keeping you upright, functioning, and safe. Hormones shift. Cycles change. Desire fades. Conception feels further away, not because you are broken, but because your body is protecting you.

Your nervous system is the silent conductor of this symphony.
When it is overworked and on edge, it plays a score of urgency, tension, and depletion. But when it feels nourished, it can open into softness, receptivity, and the delicate dance of life.

Rest is not laziness - it is a fertility practice.
Pleasure is not indulgence - it is medicine.
Support is not weakness - it is strength.

Your body longs for moments where it can feel deeply safe, cherished, and held. That’s when life can root and bloom.

So today, ask yourself:
What would it take for my body to truly rejuvenate?

You didn’t do anything wrong.
I want you to hear that - deep in your bones.

🌾 The embryo may have had a chromosomal abnormality
🌾 The placenta may have faltered
🌾 Life may have intervened with illness, stress, or mystery

But it was never your fault.

In my practice, we don’t just treat loss as a medical event - we honour it as a threshold.

💧 Nourish your body with warmth and minerals
💧 Move to release - walk, sway, breathe
💧 Use herbal allies like raspberry leaf and yarrow to tend to your womb
💧 Let your heart be held by those who understand

And when you're ready - know this:
Your body remembers how to conceive.
Your nervous system can feel safe again.
You can try again.

If you're seeking a path forward, I offer space.
🌸 A call to explore what support looks like - for your mind, body, and soul.

I am a phone call away.

Your partners' procrastination is NOT a sign that they are lazy >>>Here's why.

A state of freeze appears to be lazy, unmotivated and not interested. Things dont get done, and you get sh*tty and dont like nagging. But your partners body os working overtime to minimise movement.

The body wants restriction so it can return to safety. ...Chronic freeze states can come with fatigue, melancholy, sleeping and eating imbalances. So does procrastination....All because the body does not have the capacity for it right now...

In relationships, it can feel like a broken record and a growing to do list. And intimacy can be avoided, or "get it over and done with".

I know a way through - book your Foundations Call and I will explain the key steps in working through the Freeze State.
