Values: I will take you through why values are so important, how to find out what your top values are and how you live from them. And also take you through a tapping exercise, as I want you to have tools to raise your frequency.

Tuesday Night:
Goals: I will guide you to set goals, and step by step of how to achieve these goals, you will never again feel like any goal is too overwhelming. There will be powerful journal questions to get you levelled up.

Wednesday Night:
Manifestation: Laws of manifestation, a 4 step manifestation process and a meditation to get you in the higher vibe emotions to get you manifesting.

Have you ever felt so emotionally uncomfortable you think you might be sick?

Yeah me too. Right now.

I was journaling about how uncomfortable I feel, insecure, unsure of my worth and ability as a mother, a partner, a woman and a coach.

And then I decided that this sick stomach feeling was ME getting closer and closer to shattering my old identity.

I know that I am an amazing mama, my children love me so gawd damn much they never want to go to sleep they just want my arms wrapped around their little bodies.

I know I am an amazing partner because Marko shows up for work every single day with high vibes and meets my every request for 70% dark chilli choc

I know I am an amazing woman because I have a soul tribe that was only once but a dream, I am worthy, I am honest, I am bold and I am determined and so are my sisters

I know I am an amazing coach, because I have testimonials to prove it, but more than that I know deep in my soul that my words, my voice has impacted so many and I am so freaking proud.

I am so, so proud of how far I have come.

So even though 15 minutes before writing this post& pre writing in my journal - I was feeling small, insignificant and just plain s**t...
