Each week, our Kindergarten children are lucky enough to visit the Myli - My Community Library mobile library! 📖

During our visits, the children have the opportunity to choose and borrow books, enjoy story time with the librarian and join in singing songs together.

These regular library visits provide opportunities for children to develop their literacy skills, expand their love of stories and books and build positive connections with their local community. 📚

We love watching the children eagerly choose their next book and share their excitement about reading!

Yesterday we were lucky enough to welcome Alima and Alice from Cockatoo Dental | Hills Family Dentist into our service to educate the children about the importance of caring for their teeth and to provide each child with a dental check-up! 🦷

The session gave the children a positive introduction to visiting the dentist in a warm, friendly and supportive environment.

Our Bush Kinder adventures are back in full swing, and we couldn’t be more excited!
Spending time in nature provides children with endless opportunities to explore, discover and connect with the world around them.

Our Junior Kinder children enjoyed making their own pizzas! Together, we discussed the recipe, followed each step, kneaded the dough and added their favourite toppings.

Cooking experiences support children’s confidence and independence while introducing early numeracy and literacy concepts in a fun, hands on way. Of course, the best part was tasting their delicious creations!🍕

Our Kindergarten children have been busy collecting eligible drink containers as part of Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme!
Along the way, they’ve been sorting, tallying and counting the containers, building their early numeracy skills while learning about the importance of recycling and caring for our environment.

Today we congratulate Emma Nielsen on reaching the incredible milestone of 25 years with CCC! 💜🤍

We would like to sincerely thank Emma for her commitment and dedication over the past two and a half decades. Emma is such a valued member of our team, and her long-standing contribution has made a lasting impact on the children she has cared for and the colleagues she has worked alongside.

We are truly grateful to have Emma as part of the CCC family and appreciate everything she brings to our community each and every day.
