Recognising the different types of milk and how to froth them is also a key part of the barista training course. 😊

Students are taught to froth milk to different degrees depending on the characteristics of the milk (whole milk, skim milk, soya milk, etc.).

The students did a great job! And they made one perfect cup of coffee after another!💯💯

Congratulations on the successful completion of the March Barista Qualification Course! After four weeks of hard work, all three students were able to successfully make the perfect coffee through their skills!💯

The Intermediate General English class went to the CERES Ecological Conservation Park Ceres East Brunswick with their teacher!

They had a great time playing football on the grass, having a picnic, taking photos and having a very enjoyable and rewarding day!❤️

The students not only learned a lot of English about environmental protection, but also deepened their awareness of the need to protect Australia's ecological environment!💯

Thanks to our lovely teacher Bec, the students were able to have a wonderful field trip to the Saazaa coffee roasting plant Saazaa Coffee in Ringwood last Wednesday!🎉🎉🎉

After gaining a good grasp of the techniques used in the coffee machine, the students needed to reinforce their knowledge of：
- How the beans are roasted
- Flavor development
- Coffee bean varieties
etc.💯💯💯

The students went on an educational trip to Ceres East Brunswick , the Sustainability Centre in Melbourne, to enhance their understanding of environmental issues and sustainable development practices.💯
The trip was an enjoyable experience and the students gained valuable insights into the importance of sustainability and the impact of human activities on the environment❤️

The third week of barista classes has started!

Today it was still a lot of practice, practice, practice!🔥🔥🔥

As one of the most artistic skills in the barista profession, the students were able to use the milk froth as a brush and the latte as a drawing board to create their own masterpieces in the mug.😍

By the third week, the students were already very skilled at pulling patterns, although the designs were still a little bit one-dimensional, but I believe that after they have gained enough experience, the patterns on their hands will become more and more varied💯

The students were led by their teachers to .melbourne at 202 little Lonsdale street to join
A language exchange social event!🎉
Students were able to choose the language they wanted to learn, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish and Chinese, etc.
They formed groups to chat and learn each other's languages at the bar.

What a night!😍
