Recognising the different types of milk and how to froth them is also a key part of the barista training course. 😊

Students are taught to froth milk to different degrees depending on the characteristics of the milk (whole milk, skim milk, soya milk, etc.).

The students did a great job! And they made one perfect cup of coffee after another!πŸ’―πŸ’―

The third week of barista classes has started!

Today it was still a lot of practice, practice, practice!πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

As one of the most artistic skills in the barista profession, the students were able to use the milk froth as a brush and the latte as a drawing board to create their own masterpieces in the mug.😍

By the third week, the students were already very skilled at pulling patterns, although the designs were still a little bit one-dimensional, but I believe that after they have gained enough experience, the patterns on their hands will become more and more variedπŸ’―

The students were led by their teachers to .melbourne at 202 little Lonsdale street to join
A language exchange social event!πŸŽ‰
Students were able to choose the language they wanted to learn, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish and Chinese, etc.
They formed groups to chat and learn each other's languages at the bar.
