Our last Monday Mentor for the year is the yummiest of all! Milla- the founder of started baking cookies in her parents’ kitchen as a hobby- but this quickly grew into a business! She quit her job earlier this year and started delivering every order herself helping to build Billy’s Batch from the ground up. Today, Milla has an incredible team baking with her out of a commercial kitchen, they deliver cookies across Victoria and also have a growing number of cafés and grocers stocking her cookies too! Milla’s top TIP for turning your passion into a business is “to reach out to people, ask questions and listen to advice.”Our advice is to grab a cookie, put the kettle on and start planning how YOU could turn YOUR passion into something great! 🍪

We’re soo excited to feature the fabulous and bubbly Bianca Dye as our newest Monday Mentor. Bianca always speaks from her heart and she’s not not afraid to share her life journey-the ups and the downs-but always with compassion, authenticity and often a laugh! Like many of us at times she has experienced anxiety, even depression and her gem is to try and get out of your head-go to the gym, exercise with mates, go for bike ride or a walk. It’s helped Bianca and she hopes it might also help YOU
