A very special shoutout to the beautiful Yoli Pillai and Kiran Pillai on reaching 1000 BFT sessions!! 🥳❤️

Yoli and KP started their BFT journey at BFT Montmorency in 2021, popped into our studio over the years, and then, for convenience, officially made the move to our studio in July 2025 🎉

Yoli brought her infectious nature into our studio from day dot - first joining us for a H.I.R.T session on May 21st, 2022 - and she’s carried that energy right through ever since. The warmth, joy and laughs she brings are unmatched, and we are so delighted to have her as part of our community 🥹

As a cardio lover, it’s been so rewarding to watch Yoli’s appreciation for resistance training grow over the years. 😍

🚨 1000 SESSIONS 🚨

Wowee, a huge congratulations to these two incredible men!

Rob began with us as a foundation member at our BFT Bundoora (Watsy) studio back in 2019 and Huss joined shortly after!

Over the years, Rob and Huss have become a staple part of our 5am crew, training with their posse 😎. It has been awesome to witness their strength and fitness progress all whilst managing niggles that have popped up along the way.

Not to mention, Rob’s family welcomed a little boy along the way and Huss (& member Emma Almatrah 😍) welcomed 2 little boys - they’ve have continued to train whilst navigating their evolving home life 👶🥰.

Boys, people like the two of you are the reason we enjoy doing what we do!

Congratulations fellas, we’re stoked to have met you + be able to coach you 🩵
