Week 7 of the Performance Block🚨
The block keeps building. Bigger efforts, heavier lifts and more time spent working under fatigue. Stay composed, trust your fitness and let’s finish another big week strong 💪

📅 Monday – Cardio U (Aerobic)
This week is all about sustained orange zone work, pacing control and holding movement quality as fatigue builds. Stay smooth and don’t burn too early.

📅 Tuesday – Pump (Upper Body)
Heavy but controlled pressing, pulling and shoulder work with a focus on quality reps and confidence under load. Strong, clean and repeatable is the goal.

📅 Wednesday – Cardio HIIT (MAS)
110% MAS efforts across repeated intervals means this is a true test of repeat sprint capacity, pacing and resilience under fatigue.

📅 Thursday – Strength (Lower Body)
Expect high intensity squats, deadlifts and unilateral work as we move closer toward true RM territory. Stay braced and trust your setup.

📅 Friday – Cardio Summit
More total work this week means efficiency and pacing matter more than ever. Find your rhythm early and stay consistent across every set.

📅 Saturday – Crew Fit
Maximum accumulation, high heart rates and full team accountability. Work hard, rotate fast and empty the tank with your crew.

📅 Sunday - Run/Walk Club
