If anyone knows a lawyer who is brave enough to sue a public county school system in Virginia on contingency please let us know...the case is in reference to 2 children...both disabled. One is autistic & has an IEP and has been kicked out of the school getting only 4-5 hrs of in home...the other has been suffering racial bullying etc and most recently is now a victim of theft & sexual harassment/assault while at school. The school has declined to remove the offender and as recently as yesterday the victim was harassed again by the offender while in school. The victim was instructed to"ignore" the offender. We are fairly certain that being the children of Trump supporters has not helped. You can message through here.
