Check out this rockstar - Chantelle has taken to her program like a pro.

Her strength has increased by almost double.
She's loving the food - because it's just so doable.

She messaged me at some point and said 'why hasn't anybody told me it can be this easy ... talking about Protein'.

What makes Chantelle the ideal client?
She loves fitness.
She loves moving and lifting weights.
I also have a strange passion for showing a women that has 'lost it' and thinks she can't be fit again .. - to show her that it's just within her reach.

I only work with action takers.
I definitely don't work with everyone.

Have you ever looked down and thought, why can’t I just look like that in the mirror?

Can you peel back the layers and free yourself from searching recipe books?

🌸 There’s always going to be Fats in a ton of foods, so just be mindful if you’re ‘adding’ fat on what’s right for you.

If you did this most of the time. How would you feel? Liberated?

Another client said ‘I don’t feel I need to eat the FNS way on holidays, because I can do this for life!’

The BEST one is a client that has lost 42cm from her torso alone! Also weighed herself and said she would have given up at the 3-4 week point if it wasn’t for how we track her progress.

Today IS the LAUNCH of my Plan for Jan 2022 and daily right into February because I believe it should never be too late for anyone. ❤️❤️

Is it a challenge? NO - these changes will stick with you for life.

Is it a ‘get shredded in 28 days’? NO you’re going to want to live like this always.

Why isn’t it a ‘get shredded yesterday’ program.... Because I don’t work that way.

IN fact I pick up the pieces other programs leave behind. The number of women that I peel back the layers with and get them eating guilt free AND shrink at the same time. It is SO doable.

BUT I’m not promising the world unless you put in the work. My best people want the outcome and know they need to put in to get it.

STRONG words for strong women. Let’s go get super fit this year.

A few curve balls came my way, as they did for everyone this year. Nothing could quite prepare me for the threat that struck someone I love.

She’s fighting like a warrior.
Her positivity abounds.
Surrounded by people who love her.
She knows no limits.
She probably doesn’t know how much strength we are sending her way.
Collectively…

For she is strong.
With the power of a thousand horses.
She will fight.
She will win.

And I’ll be there to rebuild her.
When she’s ready.

Beach walks, sunshine, trees, nature. Find your place and get those stress levels to melt away.

Especially during the festive season. 🎄

Find time for YOU & the people you love.
Put YOU first & the people you love.
When YOUr shining, your people will shine with you.

Let’s encourage everyone to peel themselves away from buying another ‘thing’ and find that inner peace in just being the best version of YOU.

Self soothe in nature. A notebook. A large flask of water or tea.

Get back to YOU. Nature, purpose.

Focus on YOU and those around you will benefit. I often talk to mums who are on the brink of exhaustion. They feel they’re doing everybody else a service but themselves.

This ends up in exhaustion, lack of self, ‘who am I anymore’, ‘I only exist for others’.

Truly fill your cup. Find 20 minutes away from anything and make the magic happen.

Voice that it’s ‘your time’. Chances are your partner, who adores you, will want it for you too. If you’re on your own then make a date with yourself and keep it as a high priority.

When planning for an amazing future for you prioritise self care, awareness, joy in the things you always loved.

If you’ve forgotten what they are .. it’s a sign it’s more urgent than ever. ❤️
