Know this - hashtags work! They help build your social media presence and connect you with your ideal audience. You just have to know where and when to use them! Just look at how others are doing it - cough cough US - and follow suit. โ

Using hashtags on Instagram helps you connect and engage with a specific community. Make sure to take advantage of the 30 limit and that it spans from your industry, to trending hashtags, to what the image relates to.โ

Facebook on the other hand is a little different. You don't want to use too many (maximum is 6) as people on Facebook don't search hashtags as much as Instagram. They usually appear useful for topics that are trending. So make sure you pick them wisely!โ

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) recently released its final Home Loan Price Inquiry report! It looks at how the home loan market works and any potential improvements that could be made.

It listed the cons that came out of the report and then โžƒ ways to prevent them from happening!

As someone who's been in the mortgage broking industry, I know first-hand how difficult it is to expand, both business wise and personally. With the world changing, especially with technology, its significant to change with it.

Clients have a hard time understanding what a mortgage process is.

If you're talking in its terminology, clients won't understand what's happening and find another mortgage broker that can be clear and concise!

The process should be easy to explain and easy to do for clients not knowledgeable in the broking industry ๐Ÿต
