There are many other things you may take away from this data , and so many other factors work exploring (such as mechanism of injury, time to return to sport, previous injuries, etc), but this has certainly been a valuable addition to this athlete’s rehab!

This was a nice example of why it’s super important to ensure the athlete is comfortable during strength testing. If they’re in discomfort , nervous or apprehensive, you’re not going to get an accurate reflection in their results
