I’ve been there and done that—from success to failure, from being the underdog to becoming a star player. Through my basketball career, I’ve learned so much, not just about being a basketball player, but about being an athlete. I understand how hard you have to work and how much you have to sacrifice to be great.

Some of you may only see me as a small Asian man, but you don’t know what I’ve been through as an athlete or the lessons I’ve learned along the way. It’s not about punishing kids when they make mistakes—it’s about teaching them, building their confidence, and helping them grow into greatness.

That’s why I started Fundamental Academy: to build greatness in kids, not only in sport, but in life. Not just about winning trophies, but about winning in life.
