We offer effective Self Defence training for the general public. We offer specialised Combat training for the security industry and armed service personnel (in some locations)

10:30 am Coloured Belt Grading

Please ensure you are at the Medowie Dojang at least 10mins prior to your scheduled time.

Reminder: Don’t forget Tournament training tomorrow with Instructor Liawe at Medowie Dojang Medowie community centre. A great opportunity to learn from one of the best, and to develop useful strategies and gain confidence in your sparring/fighting abilities.
