My passion for children’s education has led me to believe that education and learning is a lifelong process that the educator and child must work at together as a team tow
ards helping children grow, develop and build on what they know and understand. I believe that to support a good educator then their needs to be a well structured, fun and interactive environment with a lot of hands on and meaningful experiences for all levels of ability and intelligences, with the flexibility for change to meet the current needs and interests of the children. I also believe that play is vital towards children’s growth and development as it allows children to investigate, question, role play, practice and problem solve as they engage in their own play through a combination of teacher directed and not teacher directed experiences. Why I became an educator:
to offer a more personal one on one learning environment for young children in order to give them the best start in life and to give them the love and care that all children need and deserve. What I love about children:
Seeing the children’s happy faces each day, listening to their funny stories & watching them grow, develop & achieve their goals.
