ASTHMA 😩😡 has ruined our weekend in Sydney supporting Coach Jaz & Matt at the marathon, yes family first Jas is more then TT family but in this case coco first she’s on the mend full of prednisone thank god ❤️‍🩹

Less than 5 days until I take on my biggest challenge yet — the Sydney Marathon… and honestly, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little terrified! 😬😂

This training block has definitely tested me. Between injuries I’ve had to manage and some absolutely insufferable migraines, my body has certainly made me work for every kilometre.

But sometimes the biggest challenges aren’t about proving what your body can do — they’re about proving to yourself that you won’t give up when things get hard. ❤️

I’ve learnt that you don’t need to feel ready. You don’t need to feel fearless. You just need to keep showing up.

Because we are capable of doing really bloody hard things when we put our minds to them. 💪🔥

Whatever happens on race day, I’m already proud of the person who kept putting one foot in front of the other to get here.

I will trust the process and I WILL finish the race! Let’s do this. 🏃‍♀️🔥❤️
