Our next cohort starts 3 August 2026, with completion expected on 29 May 2028.

This course includes face-to-face and distance education options for domestic students, with practical training blocks held in Brisbane. Attendance during practical blocks is compulsory to meet assessment and competency requirements.

Train with current surveying equipment used in industry and gain a balance of practical experience and theoretical knowledge.

Some of them are our distance education students from the Certificate IV in Surveying (CPP41721) at SRDITA, coming together at our Medowbrook campus for their Practical Training Block (15–25 May 2026).

While they complete their theory online from across Australia, this block is where they step into the field—gaining hands-on experience, working with real surveying equipment, and applying what they’ve learned in real-world conditions.

This practical component is compulsory to meet assessment and competency requirements—and it’s where distance learning turns into real industry-ready skills.
