Mrs Baker’s Year 9 Science class are learning about Organic Chemistry and today they tackled making ‘organic’ molecules. This topic is quite difficult, so to lighten the learning load students used a variety of lollies to represent different elements. It was great to see students determined to make as many of the suggesting structures as possible, including difficult ones such as benzene and caffeine. Well done!

Yr 9Ag had a fun filled double lesson propagating succulents from plants located near the Support Unit, Ms Ruis' home collection and others that have been growing in the shadehouse in the Ag Plot.
Joke: Why did the succulent go to the Superhero Movie?.......It heard there was some serious propag-action!🤣

✨ ¡SALUD! — YEAR 7 SPANISH IN VALENCIA! 🍊🥤
Year 7 Spanish has been having so much fun lately as our virtual journey through Spain has taken us to the vibrant city of Valencia! ☀️
Most recently, students have enjoyed creating and learning about Agua de Valencia, one of Valencia's most traditional drinks, made using the region's much-loved oranges 🍊 — a fruit Valencia is famous for!
From learning about Valencian culture and traditions to getting creative with our own refreshing beverages, there has been plenty of laughter, learning and some very refreshing reactions along the way! 😋

Our Windsor High Opens Girls Netball Team has officially arrived on the Gold Coast and are ready to take on the National All Schools Netball Challenge this week!

After months of training, fundraising, hard work and commitment, the girls are ready to represent Windsor High with pride! 💪🏼
Enjoy every moment, back yourselves, play for each other and leave it all out on court!
