A small family business, established in 1983 by Giovanni who started with a few bee hives in his backyard of the Northern Beaches of NSW. Giovanni started producing honey as a hobby, but quickly realised that the demand for honey products was growing. He left the building industry to pursue his passion, love and interest with bees and moved his wife & family to Windsor NSW where his business grew.

Cromer Honey Farm started with Giovanni & his wife Linda, until his son David was old enough to leave school and join the family business. Together they produced and packed 100% local Australian Made Honey for the community, selling at Flemington Markets & various local fruit shops. It was in 2012 when Giovanni passed away and David took what he had learnt from his dad and continued with his passion and love for bees. David wanted to keep the legacy and memory of his Dad so he re-branded as "Giovanni's Finest"

It always seems to amaze me how incredible bees really are, extremely incredible actually. Look at this beautiful wax, I’ve processed many kilos many times and every time I’ve done it I always think about the amount of work bees do to make wax.
About eight kilograms of honey is consumed to produce one kilo of wax massive considering a single bee will only produce a teaspoon of honey in her lifetime.(6.5grams)
