What a day of competition at the 2026 State Championships! We finished with 12 medals from 11 competitors 👏 3🥇5🥈4🥉
The teamwork, community and suppport from the competitors and families were outstanding and the highlight of the day. Win or lose we supported as a team and had a tonne of fun along the way 😁
Some standout performances included Sam becoming State Champion again, this time while pregnant! Electra fought clinically and with great maturity to get gold in her fighting event. Rayyen and Aiden had a very comptitive fight meeting each other in the final 🏆

Opportunity to achieve 🏆
Confidence comes through earning competence! Four times a year our students have an opportunity to grade for their next karate belt. Our structured assessments challenge children at an achievable pace to work towards their next belt.
Our parents regularly comment on how our gradings instil a strong work ethic and determination when working towards longer term goals 💪
We have our first gradings later this month - keep working hard towards your next goal!
