We specialise in the teaching of Bernas Estocadas, a comprehensive and authentic form of Filipino Martial Art.

Known commonly as Arnis, Eskrima, Estokada, or Kali, the Filipino Martial Arts are forms of fencing with sticks, blades, and empty hands. WEDNESDAYS 6:30pm - 8:00pm | Bernas Estocadas

Congratulations to all the students who graded and received their promotions today. We are also excited and proud to announce the promotion of two new Agálon (Masters) by GM William Bernas: Agálon Chris Baird and Agálon Rebekah Serenata Parkes, the first female master in the history of the Bernas Estocadas system. Finally, in his 60th year, we are proud to see our Chief Instructor, Agálon Robert Parkes formally invested by the Grand Master as the heir to his system, acknowledging his knowledge, skill, and stewardship of the art.
