💙 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! 🩵
Today we celebrate the dads, pops, uncles and special men who make childhood a little more magical and a lot more fun. Behind every silly joke, big cuddle, school run, bedtime story, encouraging word and “Dad, watch this!” is a man who loves, supports and believes in his children more than they will ever truly know. 💙

He’s the man who scares away the monsters, kisses the bumps and bruises better, teaches us to ride a bike, fixes all the very important broken things, carries us when our little legs are tired, and is always ready for one more game, one more story and one more adventure. 🩵

Thank you to all our amazing dads and father figures for joining us on Friday. Our Father’s Day celebration was just a small way of showing our appreciation for all the big and little things you do each and every day. 💙

Happy Father’s Day to the incredible men who make our children feel loved, safe, supported and, most importantly, very, very lucky. 🩵

📚🎭 BOOK WEEK… BUT MAKE IT COME TO LIFE! 🎶✨

Our K–6 students were treated to a very entertaining Book Week performance, bringing this year’s theme ‘Symphony of Stories’ to life in the best way! 📖🎵

There was singing, dancing, plenty of laughs and LOTS of audience participation — and our students certainly didn’t need to be asked twice to get up and join in! 😂🙌🕺

From the page to the stage, it was a fun-filled celebration of stories, imagination and everything we love about Book Week. 📚🌟

One thing’s for sure… at Sacred Heart, we don’t just read the stories — we like to become part of them too! 🎭❤️

🐺⚖️🐷 ORDER IN THE COURT! 🐷⚖️🐺

Our Year 2 students stepped into the courtroom yesterday for a hilarious… we mean VERY serious mock trial: The Big Bad Wolf vs The Three Little Pigs! 👩‍⚖️🏠🐷

With silly lawyer names, dramatic testimonies, convincing arguments and plenty of courtroom giggles, our young lawyers, witnesses and jury members put their speaking, listening, storytelling and teamwork skills to the test! 🎤🗣️📚

A special shout-out to Judge André, whose very serious gavel work and dramatic courtroom announcements made sure order was mostly maintained! 😂🔨⚖️

The verdict? A very fun and memorable day of learning in Year 2! 🐺🐷❤️

A huge congratulations to our interschool debaters, chairpeople and timekeepers for stepping up to the challenge and representing our school with pride!

From researching and building persuasive arguments to thinking on their feet and working as a team, our students certainly put their debating skills to the test! 👏

Year 1 had an amazing time exploring fascinating animals and their habitats on their excursion to the Australian Museum, followed by taking part in a special workshop led by an Indigenous instructor. They listened to Dreaming stories and learned about the importance of culture and connection to Country, before weaving their very own turtles to take home. 🐢✨ What a wonderful day of learning, creativity and connection! 💚
