During these two weeks ONLY trials will be for free (normally $60). The trial includes access to both Karate and Kickboxing classes. 🥋🥊

After smashing the Colts division, they went on to focus at University and be professionals in there chosen fields.

Some scary nights training with these ladies, as they put us Adults to shame with beautiful techniques, amazing head kicks and the spirit and discipline of champions.
