The Hervey Bay/Maryborough JDS (C) registration opens this Saturday, 04/04/2026 (online), and it will be held jointly with Hervey Bay, with the Hervey Bay & District Tennis Assoc hosting the event.

Looking for a hit, some friendly competition, and a great way to unwind?
Come along to our Men’s Social Tennis sessions at the Maryborough Tennis Association!

The Maryborough Junior Development Series (JDS) Tournament has been transferred to Hervey Bay for this year.
Junior players can participate in all or as many of the Junior Development Series (JDS) Tournaments at other clubs.
We have the full calendar pinned on this page and also on the notice board outside the clubrooms.
Please check it out.

We have the JDS being held in Hervey Bay coming up in May, entries open on the 4th of April, so pop it in your diaries so our Junior players don't miss out.

The JDS season is now in full swing with multiple tournaments over the next few months.

Junior Membership Reminder – Maryborough Tennis Association

Hi everyone!

Just a friendly reminder to all parents and guardians that Junior memberships need to be finalised by:
Tuesday 17th March
After this date, players will not be able to continue participating in Monday afternoon fixtures until they hold a current membership with the club.

To make things easier for parents, we offer two membership payment options:
✔️ Yearly membership - $200-
✔️ Quarterly membership - $50-
as well as Family membership options
(Junior fixtures are a free addition to current Junior members)

Our region is currently looking to recruit and upskill new officials, and this information session is designed to introduce interested participants to officiating and outline the development pathways available.

The session is ideal for:
Players, parents, or volunteers curious about officiating
Former players looking to stay involved in the game
Anyone interested in learning new skills and giving back to the sport

Location: Yeppoon Tennis Clubhouse (during the Yeppoon JDS)

No prior officiating experience is required - just anyone interested in learning about being involved who is 16 years or older.
